I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time....

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

Absolutely fabulous service by the guy on the phone as well as the technician that came on site. Was super fast to show up, even in the craziness of the Nov 2021 floods. They showed up within a couple hours of calling which is unheard of in this day and age. The tech did not give up until we found the blockage in the storm drain even though it was late in the evening. I couldn’t be more impressed and wish more companies had the same customer service as these guys do. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition.
