I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

I have an old car a 2010 Mitsubishi outlander. They were at least two holes in the exhaust & two shops couldn’t find parts. Pete’s was able to make a custom stainless steel exhaust at a very reasonable price and my car runs like new. I am super grateful for their professional work.
