I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime!
