I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. The staff are some of the best I have encountered and I have no qualms in going back for any issues that may wander along in the future. Amazing service.

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. Norm from Glacier took one look at my F150 and diagnosed the electrical problem in 5 minutes when the "other guys" couldn't figure it out! Wow. It's nice to deal with an ACTUAL certified mechanic rather than the uncertified guys the other shops hire.

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)
