I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

This shop is like no other mechanic I've been to before; amazing customer service, honest, reliable, fast and friendly group of staff. Everytime I've gone I dropped it off right away and the work was done swiftly and with great care. Only place I will go to for repairs.

July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.
