I walked in with a problem... walked out with a great running car and a bill below what was quoted! Never going anywhere else again. Personal service, mechanic obviously knows what he's talking about. Explained things in a way even I could understand (and I know nothing about cars). I had some concerns because prices are so low, but found out quick that just because price is high doesn't mean service will be better. Thanks so much! Would and have recommended to everyone I know!!!!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Car broke down on 401 and had it towed here to have broken water pump fixed. Seemed like a honest auto shop and friendly service.

We had minor fender damage on our Lexus RX 350.
I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.

Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!
