Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. We were out of the country and the person where we had parked the car told us that it would not start. Kelly went to the condo, picked up the car and took it to the garage for it to be repaired. When we arrived home it was ready for us to make the 3 hour drive home. This was awesome service and we highly recommend Kelly. If we lived closer he would get all our business.

I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

Being new to Toronto I was looking for a garage that I could trust with service at reasonable prices. The staff, like Aaron and Errol, at Service Plus have great communication skills and always give a detailed estimate before the work is done. My older car needs work every now and then, and Service Plus has been able to do it all from gas tanks to brakes. You will not find the attention to detail and straightforward pricing at other garages and dealerships. TTC buses are close by too. Highly recommended.
