This chain, including this store, is handyman's dream store. It is great for an eclectic selection of tools (mechanic's, auto body, hydraulic, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, etc.), an amazing surplus department with computer parts, cables, ammo boxes, and a host of other things; their automotive electric and trailer departments are quite thoroughly equipped, and they stock many hard to find items. The only problem that I have with this chain is that they still need to open in Fort McMurray

The customer service that Sharon gives is outstanding! Being in the customer service business, I have to say employees like that is very hard to find. You have RENTERS who are working for a pay check and you have QWNERS who have the passion for their job. Sharon is an QWNER you are lucky to have her.

Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.
Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.
I will continue to bring my car to him for any repair or service .

Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I'll definitely be bringing my business to them in the near future. Cheers!

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.
