Great educator, knowledgeable instructor, well prepared and very entertaining. Lorraine is very flexible, she will go to your place to tech your staff at your convenience time. All of us at Fantastic Nails and Spa would like to thank you Lorraine for coming to our salon on a Sunday to teach us First Aids and CPR. We all had learned a lot from you. Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. The floor nurses were amazing. Anna, Kayla and Sara were my compassionate and caring team. Thank you
