There are some car print damages in , the owner could be easy to charge me from hundreds to a thousand. Anyway, they just applied the special stuff to remove the traces without charge. I am very impressed and strongly recommend this business.

I came in for a tire change and was done in a timely manner, very friendly and made additional inspection as I expressed some concerns about the car. He gave suggestions to look into of what will need replacing for safety. I will definitely be going back to the auto shop future.

Exceptionally honest and skilled mechanic, best in the area by far. I had the pleasure of having Mark and his team work on our cars several times. Each time he found the best solution, resolved the issue for good, was very honest about what must be done and what is optional and priced the repairs very fairly. He was honest, professional, super knowledgeable, friendly, and his prices were very reasonable! He ordered parts ahead of time, and he was so kind that he drove me to and from Markville Mall while my car was getting work done. I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!
