Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that ! Highly recommend - cheers
