This is a fantastic clinic in all respects! The front office is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is also extremely clean and welcoming and will accommodate appointments for you during your lunch time which may be theirs. They are also very compassionate to their patients. I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car. Seriously? That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there. just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST. You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located. I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me.
