After replacing our complete heating & a/c system, we had an ongoing problem with our programable thermostat which McCrea’s replaced under warranty. The system worked well for awhile until after a power outage, it failed. With no manufacturers support, McCrea changed it outright to another system which is performing well to date. Kevin & Chris are very professional & supported us through the lengthy process to finally make our system work well. We remain a very satisfied customer.

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. This company has serviced our in floor heating system, installed our ductless air conditioning and our air exchanger as well as they installed the gas to our house when we built it. The fan on our furnace died so our air conditioning stopped. We phoned A1 Air Conditioning and Heating. They came out the next day and had it fixed in a few hours. Excellent service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
