I have had two dealings with this company, and both were excellent because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. Highly recommend. I used to go to a big box pharmacy. I switched to after having some issues at the big box. This pharmacy has knowledgeable staff, friendly service and is a more intimate setting where I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask questions. A true gem in the downtown core. !!

We hired Alvarez Roofing for our home back in 2008. We needed to replace some of the plywood on the roof deck, get new shingles as well as deal with a sunroom which was leaking and had a very low slope. When we got our quote they explained everything clearly and gave us options that suited our needs. We were thrilled with the results and as a bonus the sunroom is much quieter now.
