Not only do they now surf the web, they send emails and keep in contact with family via Facebook and are delighted. Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.
