Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. As I was about to get into my car to go to work, David from Topside pulls up across the street to work on a roof. I told him about a problem with my soffits, thinking perhaps he could fix my problem while in the area. David says, "I'll fix it right now!" I said, "I am just leaving for work; how will I pay you?" Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. Sid explained clearly the many options that he could make available to us. He gave us a written estimate of three options based on a 30, 40 and 50 year warrantee and outlined the benefits of each. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails.
