Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)

I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business.

Silver Star Auto - I have been using Silver Star to repair all my vehicles for almost 20 years now. THEY ARE HONEST. They do not BS people. They are willing to cater to unique needs of a customer (like present an alternatives, if possible). The staff is very experienced with everyone being more or less there at the start and still there with the added apprentice once in a while (or worker - whatever - I assume).
These guys remembered my name after being away for years - that is impressive in on its own; it means they are smart and have good memories, which I think would serve a mechanic well; and apparently does.
When a LARGE Canada wide "Tire" company mechanic told me I needed new ball joints or my wheels would fall off within a month; even though I was there to get my brakes looked at, and quoted me prices over $1000. I HAD to get a second opinion. I just chanced upon Silver Star and was told the ball joints were fine. They lasted longer than 10 years - longer than the truck actually. Also, the brake job came in around $100 only (but 20 years ago), because they only did what was necessary, not tacking on new rotors, or the rear brakes (which had lots of life left at the time).
They will show you an old part they removed if you ask and even point out how it was defective.
They are professional and friendly enough - but not "Salesmen" - I have never been pressured to buy this or that. Try them and see!
