Sierra flooring did the supply and install for our basement development. The service from sales to install was seamless. The installers were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. We had a couple repairs required on our hardwood stairs that weren't even Sierra's original work and they helped us out, no problem and did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend and use Sierra for any future flooring needs.

I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.
