The technician from Canadian Climate Control was professional and thorough and was able to fix my heat pump in a single visit. They even found things that a different service company did not find and could not fix. Their rates were also extremely reasonable and the total invoice was almost half of what other companies have charged. I live in a rental apartment and there was a flood from the suite upstairs . The bathroom ceiling got damaged and a large water stain on popcorn ceiling in hallway outside of the bathroom, showed up . Brad repaired and painted the bathroom ceiling and fixed the water stain on popcorn ceiling . You can't even tell that either ceiling had water damage . Amazing work Brad, thank you !

He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after.
