Had an amazing "Ergys Salon" expirience from start to finish!
What a great team of experts, from colour technicians to style consultants. I especially liked how David one of the stylists did such a beautiful job with a trendy ombre colour effect. AND to top it all off i got the best hair cut i had in years done by the master himeself, Ergys.
I am definately coming back!

I went to Elise after reading some reviews. My hair was almost shoulder length and not flattering at all. We discussed what I had in mind and she asked questioned, it was a good talk. My hair was shampooed and then Elise took over. What a transformation. I was totally in awe. I have never had such a haircut. It is very stylish, suits my face perfectly and took 10 years of my looks. My husband, Daughter and friends could not believe how stylish I looked. Elise is incredibly talented!!

I've been going to Conrad's for years and have never been dissapointed. The cuts are always on point and the service is exceptional with a homely/comfortable environment. If you are looking for a proper and the best cut, Conrad's isdefinately the shop to check.

I started going to Sandra for my hair colouring +style/trim, she is amazing!! Always making sure that the colour is exactly how I want and even makes suggests to make my hair look even better!! I started going to Beautiful Creations Hair Studio for my treatments last summer because it was close to home and my hair was in desperate need of repair! It was dry, brittle and refusing to grow. But Ann-Marie's treatments and trims started the ball rolling in returning my hair to its healthy state! Within months my hair started to look and feel full, the split-ends were gone and my hair was bouncy and shiny! I had natural hair and although i loved it there was a certain look that I was going for that my hair in its natural state just could not grasp; even though I had tried all the curl activating products that are hot on the market right now. So Ann-Marie suggested texturizing to loosen my curls. But I was skeptical because in my opinion texturizing and perming were the same things; and perm was what damaged my hair in the first place! Besides i'd heard too many horror stories from family and friends who had walked in to other hair salons to get a texturize and walked out with bone straight, thin hair. But Ann-Marie patiently educated me on what texturizing was suppose to do and apparently those horror stories were examples of improper texturizing approaches. So after growing weary with not being able to achieve the look I desired I decided to give Ann-Marie's texturizing approach a try and I was blown away by the results! My hair still had its curls but was easier to manage and I was finally able to use the curl activating gels to obtain the look that I so desired! And the compliments I get are clear indications of success! All I can say is that Ann-Marie knows what she is doing! You may walk in to her salon feeling weary but walk out feeling like a winner! Surena is an amazing and the best person at this job. I would recommend her to people who wants to get an awesome service because she cares about her clients and makes you feel comfortable. I had an worst experience before with another person at Toronto but Surena changed my perception about the eyelash extension. She is clearly very professional and pro at her job as she has been doing this for many years. I love going to her everytime and she is very flexible. I love her a lot:)

I just left this salon and am a very satisfied customer. My cousin recommended it and before I went, I read the only other two negative reviews. This normally would have detered me from going, but my cousin convinced me she has never had a problem. I'm grateful I didn't listen to the reviews as I got a wash, cut and style and this is the first time in my 45 years that I didn't put my hair in a ponytail after leaving and going home and styling my hair myself! This salon is very clean, friendly staff and professional. I will be going back regularly and have found a new hairdresser in Steve, who listened to what I wanted, had easy great conversation with, and left me and my hair feeling great! Thank you to an excellent job! Anyone looking for a new place to get their hair done? I would highly recommend.

I have been getting my hair cut from Younger Design for a number of years. The service never changes, not the quality (which is excellent) nor the professionalism. It is not your typical downtown "Haute Couture" style establishment, which, in my estimation is another plus! It IS a very economical, friendly competent establishment that keeps me returning year after year!
The waiting times are short, you don't need an appointment, and the prices are awesome!

I have long hair n she actually just trimmed it not cut it like the last person did at another salon , he chopped off my beautiful hair :( such a bad a experience it took a long time to trust n glad I tried again at Venus Victoria salon :)
