We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Krystal was fantastic & took care of all the details and treated us like old friends. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . Due to an accident that "wrote off" my previous vehicle I was forced to look for a new vehicle. After narrowing the search to 3 SUV's we visited the dealerships. We met Mark Rupoli at MacMaster - after a test drive and getting our questions answered we decided that the 2010 Equinox was the vehicle we wanted. They were in high demand. The dealership went to great lengths to assist us while we waited for our vehicle to come in. We were very grateful. We have now had the vehicle for approx 6 months. I LOVE IT. I almost look forward to my "oil changes" as I can enjoy a complimentary coffee, order breakfast/lunch and even work on my lap top in the "Corvette Cafe". Lire plus
