I came in for a tire change and was done in a timely manner, very friendly and made additional inspection as I expressed some concerns about the car. He gave suggestions to look into of what will need replacing for safety. I will definitely be going back to the auto shop future.

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.

TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new! A huge thank you to Angelo in service who went over and above to help me with the engine code light on my Tucson. Without having an appointment he told me to come in so he can scan my vehicle. He did this in the parking lot and not only scanned it but told me what the issue was and cleared the fault code all in about 5 minutes. I was relieved it wasn’t anything serious and that he did the fix so I go drive home. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

My mechanic referred me to Sam Agostino as I am fairly new to the city and was unsure who to trust. I did not feel any pressure from Sam who was incredibly patient and kind. I test-drove quite a number of cars (sorry Sam) as I was uncertain about what to buy. I bought a 2020 Venue with only 12K's on it! What a joy to drive my car again! Special thanks to Vito, Isabella, and Isabella at Complete Auto Body and Collision, to restore my car after what I thought was a minor dent. However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.

A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.
