Friendly, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable, extremely professional. Rich took time out of his weekend to come and give us an estimate. He was the only one of a few that we called that called back right away and after 5 minutes with him, regardless of cost, we knew he would be doing our roof. His price was competitive and we know that we could not have got the quality of workmanship for anything less. We are having him do our eaves troughs now that the roof looks so nice. We had to tarp a leaky skylight when Covid prevented our ability to get it repaired. A competitor recommended Findlay. Our original aim was to retarp it until spring, not the best solution. Findlay came within a week in their busiest season. They not only assessed the damage, but repaired the cause (a previous roofer's incorrect repair). I am extremely happy to recommend Findlay and their workers who are very knowledgeable, capable and friendly and do a proper clean-up. Thumbs up. Lire plus
