I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

She is incredibly personable and understanding, making appointments that are hard for me totally comfortable. The technician from Canadian Climate Control was professional and thorough and was able to fix my heat pump in a single visit. They even found things that a different service company did not find and could not fix. Their rates were also extremely reasonable and the total invoice was almost half of what other companies have charged. I would highly recommend Canadian Climate Control Services and would definitely use them again!
