We would like to thank Dan for the amazing experience I had during the house inspection. The report was simple but well written in a manner that a common person like me was able to understand. Furthermore, I was able to grasp the idea of what he was talking about during the inspection, thanks for your illustrations. I also appreciate the extra effort of sending me a picture of his gadgets and the contacts for the contractor. Again thank you very much. I will highly recommend Dan for your house inspection.

Dale and his crew came out to our place a few times in Warren to give a quote and answer all our questions about putting in a furnace, air conditioner and ductwork. They were courteous and conducted themselves professionally. They were able to handle any problems that came up and met if not exceeded expectations. Everything was installed to our satisfaction and they came in on budget.

The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address.
Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door.
How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT.
I always support local businesses first. I want them to be here when we need them.
