We drove in from out of town to purchase a car. The dealership didn’t notice some damage to the rear bumper but immediately called Carsmetics who took us right away. We picked up the car a couple of hours later and it looked like the bumper had been replaced it was so perfect. Jeff did an amazing job and I highly recommend Carsmetics for any car.

Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly

I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! Was rear ended in my 2016 mitsubishi lancer gts.Took it to car star in stoney creek.Car was ready before they said it would be. When i dropped it off the interior and exterior were very dirty. When i picked it up it was spotless they even cleaned the tires to get them as black as they were when it was new which proves they go the extra mile because washing the car is great but using a special product for tires is outstanding.
