Although The body shop itself doesn't look super classy or anything, in fact when I first arrived and was thinking about turning back, the owner Joe greeted and consulted me with a friendly smile and solid confidence. I came home this morning to find my garage not opening/closing. I noticed the spring was broken in half. I called ASAP garage doors around 615am and had someone at my house by 725am. I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service from Boyd Autobody on W 73rd. I was given free estimates from friendly staff who were willing to help me out as I did not have glass coverage on my insurance. Fred gave me a great deal within my budget and was just as friendly in person, along with the other staff members. My windshield was replaced within a few hours and they even washed and vaccumed my car! The cabin noise has been reduced significantly in my 16-year old vehicle and of course, the windshield is flawless. I would definitely recommend them! Lire plus

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done. Tomas Beblar Lire plus

I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I TOOK MY 2007 TOYOTA MATRIX TO THE KP AUTO BODY SHOP WITH DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT BUMPER AND SCRATCHES TO THE ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.
