I have had very good experiences at the Brick with Jessica. She was very knowledgeable on all the purchases that I wanted. Unfortunately the delivery on my last purchase resulted in damage. I notified Jessica immediately and within hours I was told the item would be replaced and a discount would be applied to my original purchase. I had a very good experience with the team from Klimit Mechanical, I recently had a Lifebreath HRV installed. Doug came to my house and explained the options removing the old unit and installing a new unit. Once the unit was in, a two man team installed the unit and installed a new main control with new timers. They explained how the unit works and returned to adjust a timer to make sure I was happy.
