I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

Very pleasant and professional people.
The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).
