In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. He is always honest and upfront. Doesn't hesitate to spare you unnecessary costs. I cant recommend him enough to anyone in the aurora area looking for a trustworthy mechanic
