This repair studio is great. Repaired my grandfathers violin - took some time but worth the wait. Considering Ms. Turgeon is busy with repairs 24/7 I am impressed with the amount of time and explanation she spent with us regarding what was needed to restore our violin. Sometimes hard to get in touch with by phone (I can see why), yet always replys to email. Best set up an appointment if you have to see her.

The manager always has a friendly hello. I think his name is Dan. Once he delivered my aunts dog food to her house, as she is a senior and quite frail, in his own car on his way home from work. It is a friendly place to shop, but a cold place in fall and winter. I do not think there is any heat in that place.

Very friendly! Owners greeted us with genuine smiles. The food is prepared fresh while you watch. I've tried all the Saigon Sub sandwiches and they are yummy. I especially love the carrots (pickled maybe?) on the sandwiches. Small and intimate. No seating for large groups, the establishment is take out, but the food is dining worthy.
