I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Staff at the rental desk are knowledgeable and courteous. We rent items at various times throughout the year and we can count on the products, the orders are complete, and the warehouse staff are helpful. They offer a consistent and reliable service. We definitely recommend.
