    Flexible, affordable and meticulous

    Brent is exactly what you want in a home inspector. Would recommend him to anybody. He worked around our crazy busy schedule and even came back after to look at something we needed a professional opinion on. He's well priced, well equipped and thorough.     Fantastic, Would Reccomend to Everyone

    I was able to have the inspection done within 48 hours on my schedule. The inspector arrived promptly and well equipped, documented everything meticulously, explained everything that i would need to know going forward. He also gave me a very helpful list of resources for once I've bought the home, and summarized everything in a very helpful report which was emailed to me the same day. The price was more than fair for such a high level of service and i will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know who needs a home inspection. Cheers,

    A pleasure to work with!

    When I called Brent to do my home inspection (he came highly recommended to me) I had no idea what to expect. I had never had a home inspection before. But he was great! He made our tight schedule fit, was affordable, and thoroughly went through everything we needed to know and what he would be doing. He was very thorough in his inspection and very professional.     Great Job!!

    I was referred to Brent for my house inspection and he did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and professional with the inspection of the house and very friendly. He was very informative with any questions I had and I was very happy with is work and was glad that I found him.     A Good Choice

    I googled home inspections and found A Buyers Choice after a few phone calls and booked Brent mainly because he was able to squeeze me in by working late and meeting us at 6:00 PM. His pricing was also the lowest out of everyone else I contacted. He showed up on time with everything he needed! He inspected a new home for us, having said this he didn't find alot with the home but I can assure you he was through. He answered any questions I had with confidence and was very knowledgable. Aside from a great inspection process he is a pleasure to work with and made one of many steps of our home buying process fun and enjoyable, rather than a chore!!!
