    Excellent Friendly Service

    Very thorough, courteous and professional service with a good detailed report with pictures. Brent was willing to explain what he was doing and answer any questions along the way. Very good price for the work that was completed. Very satisfied.

    Thorough and Personable

    As a young female buying her first house, a home inspection was a very important part of my purchase. I called Brent and was quite forward about what uncertain territory this was for me. Brent did not push his services on me but explained what I needed to consider when hiring a home inspector. Brent arrived ahead of our appointment and began work on the exterior. I was nervous to arrive before my real estate agent, however, Brent put me at ease. He explained exactly what I could expect and provided me with lots of materials to go through that would help me in the maintenance of my new home. When Brent would point out features of the property that were less than acceptable he was quick to explain multiple options in terms of repair and replacement. Brent also pointed out things that were well done on the property and things that while acceptable could still be improved. The inspection took just over 3 hours and it was a sizeable two story. Brent was obviously a hard worker as he didn't let a very awkward attic access deter him from checking the insulation in the attic! I expected I might feel a bit nervous at the end, with all the small but numerous home ownership tasks facing me. Brent did a great job of reassuring me that these types of things are a normal part of home ownership and nothing was of very pressing concern. I received the report 4 hours later. It was very thorough with many pictures and concise yet helpful explanations. I would not hesitate to recommend Brent to any potential clients.

    Home Inspection

    Confidence

    I was buying a house and was looking through the yellow pages on line to find an inspector and found this one. I read the reviews and thought I'd give him a try. Brent showed up early and commenced inspection of the outside in minus 30 and snowing conditions, with no complaints. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and nice. He did everything that I would expect and more. My confidence in all that he checked in the home was 100% and he even gave me a booklet that tought me what things need regular maintenance on a house and when/how it should be done. Being a first time home buyer is nerve racking and one needs the confidence that their investment is worth their while. Brent gives you that confidence and more. Unfortunately the deal for the house I had inspected didn't go through for reasons out of my control on the sale of my home, but when it was time to find a second house, I didn't think twice to hire Brent again. His help was invaluable.

    Fast Efficient and Thorough Home Inspection

    Yesterday,I booked an appointment with Brent to inspect my home. This was a "piece of mind" inspection, since there wasn't any particular reason we needed the inspection. He arrived a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time today - dressed professionally, and with all the equipment he needed to perform our home inspection. I have to say he is just the nicest guy - friendly, polite, interesting and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his candid comments and honesty. After over 3 hours, he was finished the work, told us about the areas that needed immediate attention. He left us a very professional booklet that outlined everything he could - and couldn't do, as well as some great tips for homeowners. I just finished reading the report. That's right - in less than a day!! He emailed me the fully detailed report including many photos, in a 33 page PDF document. It is amazing - and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Brent, and how thorough this report is. Don't be disappointed - go for the best the first time!
