    Fast and thorough

    We had A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections come in to inspect an older home we were interested in purchasing in Sherwood Park. We were in a hurry and Brent was able to complete the inspection AND the report the day after we contacted him! The report was very thorough and easy to read. The photos were also very helpful in highlighting a few problem areas. Brent was very knowledgable about issues that are common in older homes. We were very happy with the inspection and as a result, we were successful in purchasing our new home!

    Home Inspection

    We had 'A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections' come out to inspect a house we were thinking of buying in Edmonton. The house was a renovation project and we knew going in to the inspection that there were going to be a number of things that we were going to change. Brent came in and was extremely thorough and helpful. He went through the house with me and pointed out many things that we should pay particular attention to when we were doing out renovations. The communication was particularly helpful. Not only did I get Brent's comments directly but he took many photos and included them in the inspection report. This was very useful when my wife and I were discussing the renovations and trying to determine if the house was a worthwhile purchase. I was impressed with the knowledge Brent had on how the plumbing and wiring should look, as opposed to how it was. One of the neighbours actually came over and complemented Brent because he had seen Brent up on the roof doing his inspection. He mentioned that other inspectors will just climb up and peek over the edge of the roof to see what they can see from the ladder. Overall an excellent experience, a very useful inspection report, and confidence that we knew what we were getting in to when we finally purchased our future home.
