Kam the mortgage man once again found us an excellent rate for our mortgage and worked with us closely through the approval process. Kam can definitely lock down far better rates than we could through our bank. He accommodated our schedule and even came in on the weekend to allow us to sign documents. Kam and his staff are patient, knowledgeable and great to work with.

Kam was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my requests and to act effectively on my behalf, well mannered and highly professional in every way. Wow!
Very impressed by the team at Auxilium, Kam was direct, available and easy to work with. Never once did he leave me guessing as what was happening, he would follow up, keep me in the loop (Even when the lender was a little delayed), and was able to find options that suited our needs.
