    The negative review on the Signs Now website is ridiculous. We've (Grace Hospital Auxiliary Book Sale Committee)been dealing with Signs Now for 5 years and couldn't be happier. I have always been greeted in a very polite and professional way. I've received excellent service and helpful ideas. If there's a problem, it's dealt with in a satisfactory and timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

    Very Dissapointing

    Do not go to signs now. They have terrible customer service, and do little to help. I had them make a perforated window decal for my small business. It looked good, and after carefully following thier instructions, I installed the decal. Within 2 days the decal had badly begun to peel on all edges. 2 days later, nearly half the decal had peeled away and ripped right off the vehicle. I called them (Tim) and was basically told 'well what do you want me to do about it?' So I brought the vehicle in for him to look at. After a careful inspection, he obviously found no problems with the install. Once inside, Tim said all he could do was redo the logo at half price, plus an additional 38.50$ install (initial cost was about 190$). I asked if he could do any better than that, and he said that I was already saving a whopping $2.50 on the install price, and that was all he would do for me. I told him that I operate a small business and we cannot afford these expenses and let him know I would not be returning for further business. He did not seem all that concerned that he had lost a future customer. As a business owner, I do everything I can to ensure my guests leave happy. This is obviously not thier philosophy. I do not reccomend this place

    This is not the truth. After warning him of the complexity of the install The customer insisted he install the decals himself. Then complaining that it was our fault
