    Aggressive Billing, High Cost

    I have to echo Nancy's comments, I was quite disappointed by the services. They are VERY aggressive with their billing. I found the cost for this years taxes to be about a third higher than my last accountant or my current one. The customer service was short and non-responsive, and evasive when I pushed about billing. I did attempt to voice these concerns with the owner, but was dismissed with an extremely defensive rebuttal.

    Terrible bookkeep...

    Terrible bookkeepers. Gave them our taxes for year end return 4 months ago and they haven't touched them. They will charge for every phone call, email and reminder. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend them at all.
