Worst service eve...
Worst service ever. New Owners now. Younger guy working at front counter possibly owner or owners son. Took my SUV in for a tire swap the tire change guy broke my lock lug nut lock set obviously Cuz of putting to much pressure or not knowing how to simply open the lock lug nuts then they come out and tell me unfortunately we broke the lock lug nut and we will have to break it off but it's still safe with 4 lug nuts on each tire so I said ok I guess. Then after its all done this guy at the front counter charges me not only for the tire change but a extra $40 for breaking off the lock lug nuts instead of probably being sorry or giving a credit they charged more. So they broke the lock lug nuts then tell me they will have to break all off them off not telling me there going to charge for it even they they broke it then charge me for damaging and breaking the lock lug nuts.
