Price was good but they screwed up the dress altering it and were dishonest throughout the process. I ended up still having to pay full price for the dress and they still charged me a 150$ for alterations even though they messed up the lace. They blamed it on the manufacturer. I had no choice but to pay and take the dress due to my upcoming wedding.

I booked an appointment with Tres Chic about a month in advance and was told they were going to get a specific dress in for me that I had my heart set on. Well, after telling me the dress was in, I drove almost 5 hours to try it on. It was the wrong dress, and looked horrible on me. They lied to me, told me it was in fact the dress I wanted and that they looked different in person. I was crushed. Another salon in the area had the right dress though, and saved my weekend.

BE WARNED never shop at Tres Chic in west edmonton mall! I ordered my wedding dress in September. I went in the store in March to ask if they had it in and was told yes. I went in on saturday to pick it up and they gave it to me. I got home to find it was the SAMPLE dress with stains, holes and hair/dust everywhere! (the dress was basically yellow!) They tried to sell a sample for the price of a new dress. They never admitted it and were extremely rude. Stay AWAY!
