Jones Roofing & Insulating Ltd

I had my roof done by this company in mid May of this year. Everything looked good from the ground but I did not go up on the roof to see the roof up close. Fast forward to September when I went on my roof to clean out my gutters only to find that the front and back porch roofs had not been worked on at all. The entire roof was included in the quote that I agreed/payed. So it’s now December 4 and after several phone calls and text messages my porch roofs are still not done. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

We got three quotes Jones came in lowest.The job was in December they were in and out in two days.I was surprised to see how little debris was left once the snow melted.Would definitely recommend Jones Roofing to anybody.

We had Jones roofing replace a 37 year old cedar shake roof it was a big job. The guys put all of the old shingles in tarps on the roof to stop it from falling into the yard witch made it a very clean job nothing left after it was all finished. The new roof went up just about as fast as the old one came off great job buy the Jones roofing team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a new roof.

We have had 2 different roofs done with them on 2 different houses and they were great both times! We have never had any problems/leaks I would definitely recommend them! They did the job right and on time! I fully recommend them!

They promised to remove the old roofing and replace any rotten plywood before installing the new material but just went right over the old rotten,sagging plywood and torchdown that totally needed to be removed and repaired first. Of course it leaked right away but they refused to come back and were very rude about it. Do not deal with these guys. They absolutely do not stand behind their work.

Worst in town. Pa...

Worst in town. Pay for full tear off and re-roof, get new shingles applied poorly over top of the old material. What color will you get? Whatever they happen to have around. Oldest and WORST roofers in town.

Leaking in the winter?

Water was getting into my attic so I called Jones. Very prompt service. The cause was actually poor insulation in my attic - warm air was meeting the cold and condensation resulted. Jones suggested to insulate more. Attic has been re-insulated and no more problems since. Very expert advice.

Leaky roof

We had our roof done because of a small leak, we know have a larger leak, that has damaged interior walls. There coment was" that is what your insurance is for"!! Insurance does not cover it. The roof does look great but doesn't mean much when it leaks.
