    Bad experience wo...

    Bad experience wouldn't use them again. Got some money off but my stuff is still scratched. Didn't return my calls after a couple of messages

    I was just on the YPG website and was sorry to hear your complain. We always respond to any complain via phone, email or in person. I do not have any knowledge of this complaint. It is important to all of my employees that we deal with all complains as best we can. This is important to the 14 people that work for my company as we rely on this business to support our families. If you could try to recontact us with your complaint so that we can have them resolved to your satisfaction. I would appreciate that very much.

    Happy Customer!

    Thank you Accent Movers for the great service. The last moving company was typical and the move was a disaster. I was nervous looking for a moving company and almost did it myself. After talking to Wes, I was fairly confident because they have an A+ rating with the BBB and they were awarded best movers in Richmond for 2013. They lived up to what they promised and I will recommend them as a top moving company. Thank you!

    Great Service

    I just had this company move me and I am so happy. The move was very smooth and nothing was damaged. The crew arrived introducing themselves and then put floor protection down. All my furniture was wrapped prior to moving and nothing was damaged. The crew were very funny and worked hard all day. I had a lot of stuff and thought that it would take much longer. They have lots of equipment so it was faster then than expected. Thank you to Cary, CJ and Jason. I hope you enjoyed the pizza! I will use this company again for sure.

    Best moving company

    REBECCA AND WES ARE AMAZING! This company focuses on quality and takes the time to make sure you know you are a valued customer! I was never kept waiting, lines of communication were always open, movers were EXTREMELY efficient and took extra care. Individuals working here are very personable and I'm very happy after my experience. Compared to their local competitors their prices are most affordable so it's a surprise that they are still leaps above their competitors in quality as well! Thanks for the great experience Accent Movers!
