Nancy Nails & Spa

I am suffering with the repercussions of having a succession of pedicures at this salon. After improper removal of an ingrown toenail I am on medication and will have ongoing podiatrist procedures. I am being treated for a painful fungal infection as well as an ingrown toenail which is pain I would not wish on anyone. I have not had a salon pedicure since I lived in Kelowna. Buyer be ware. I feel like the owner’s wife is uncaring, moody and rude.

This salon is professional and customer focused.

Very impressed! The interior is beautiful and everyone is so friendly! I get acrylics done by Salina and she does such an amazing job, I continue going back!!

Unfortunately disappointed

The facilities and massage chairs were lovely, but the quality of service was very lacking. A very nice gentleman did my pedicure, but very clearly did not know what he was doing. Cut my nails excessively and painfully short and uneven. He painfully exfoliated the soft centre of my foot and did not at all do my heals, etc. His massage technique was to simply softly hit (side of fist/punch) my legs and bottom of feet. My son was left to soak after not even 5 min of service and she did not return

They are great! I keep going back! They don't speak a lot of English and are there to work not chat. If that bothers you then don't go, but I enjoy my quite relaxing time. They do a great job on my artificial nails. Once I had peeling from the gel but when I went in and showed them they fixed it immediately. Never had the problem again. Their spa pedicure is to die for. The hot stones feel great!

I recieved a pedicure from this business in Kelowna. There facilitity it beautiful and they are welcoming to their costumers. They take there time during the procedure so you feel pampered. But their brochure is NOT clear on prices. My constructive critism is to have a clear statement of prices differance between nail polish, shellac and gel. I was very frustrated when I left because of the price and the way the woman treated me when I asked of the differance between. Please update your brochure

The best thing about this nail salon is that I can make an appointment the same day every time I call. The service is average one thing being that the nail techs do not socialize with you (it is stricktly business) however I am not sure if everyone can speak English therefore that could be the reason. Pedicure and Manicure 50$ all together which is an Awesome price for me.Its a great place if you want something quick and don't want to interact but just sit in quiet and peace.

I read the other reviews before going to this place. Thinking "they cant be thaaat bad". Well its true. I went in for a brazillian and lost a lot of skin from over waxing. Ive never gone through so much pain. Not to mention you cant understand anything these people say and vice versa. Its unsanitary and uncomfortable. The lady even got wax on my shoe and let me leave with wax still left all over my southern regins. She didnt even get all the hair! And still in pain days later. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Do not go there they will hurt you And will never admit when they're wrong and you will never get your money back Shut this place down please
