Downtown Nissan

I scheduled my service appointment with two weeks in advance. I needed the service to be made, 4 new tires to be installed and the brakes to be checked (as they had not been properly placed last time I was there). I had called ahead of time to make sure they had the right type of tires ready. I get to my appointment 15 minutes early. Wait for four hours and a half, no phone calls, no messages, nothing. When I come in to check on my car they say they NOTHING was done. After 4.5 hoursNOTHING done!

I took my car to this dealership for major warranty work (engine issues). Dave Port, the service manager, was very easy to deal with, and helped me along to get the whole mess sorted out with Nissan Corporate. I also liked the fact he was very honest and open about the whole ordeal, and the top notch quality of service my car received. The whole place looks very clean and well managed. I also did non-warranty related work (front strut mounts), perfectly fixed as well. Thanks a lot guys!
