I first called this company when I was in a jam....I had ordered a countertop from another company two weeks in advance and when the day came to pick up, they didn't have it ready and didn't think it would be ready for another week......I called the crew at Paterson to see if they had the pattern in stock...they did. I said if there is anyway you can do this for me, I will phycially drive from Nanaimo to pick up. They came through for me and my client....I did 16 more countertops for my customers and I won't go anywhere else. A customer for life!!!!Thank you!
