If I could give no stars, I would. The worst moving experience ever. They were almost 3 hours late (with a fake excuse), which meant my elevator time at the condo was gone, and when we told him that he would have to pick up the fee for the loss of the 1 hour we needed to take from the other tenant moving in, he swore and yelled at us. Furniture was scratched and damaged, he demanded full payment in cash before the move was done and refused to acknowledge responsibility for anything. No stars.

Damaged my house and then blocked my phone number to avoid covering the damage! So disgusted.

Do not call them. They don't disclose all the charges when you hire them, refuse to unload the stuff unless you pay them and refuse to give a receipt inspite of repeated follow-ups.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY - they didn't show up at 2:00pm as scheduled to move my apartment. I called at 3:00pm and a lady answered saying they were on their way, just running late. By 4:00pm when noone arrived, I called back and the phone was off. I ended up not moving on the 31st as scheduled because of these idiots.. they are nothing but a waste of time. I called to complain and Carlos answered saying he didn't know who scheduled the move.. DO NOT USE THEM! A complete waste of time.

I called EBS Transport and booked my move for June 26th, 2015 for 10 am.They called me a few day's before to confirm the apt and what was needed and made me feel confident in their services. After calling them 9 times to find out why they were over 2 hours late and to get and eta I was given multiple excuses as to why they were late and even blamed me! At 1:00 pm SHAWN from EBS Transport told me to find another mover!! I had to call my friends and family to help. They are rated F by the BBB!

Bad Service, Bad Movers, Nothing Good!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE -Fail to show on time -"Take cash or credit" but really only take cash -Movers damage furniture and company blames you for doing it yourself -"Somebody will be here in 2 weeks to repair" Nobody comes in 2 weeks/never come -Claim that you didn't move with them -NEVER follow up with client, instead blame the client for providing wrong information Moved Aug 29, 2014

Please do not hire this moving company. They will make you pay in advance and will damage all of your furniture and take no responsibility. Very amateurish movers who don't have a clue how to protect your belongings.

I had very bad ex...

I had very bad experience with EBS movers last night. I booked it through your Toronto location, they did not explain all the conditions like giving deposit and extra charges of heavy items etc. while booking the move. And at the last minute they told me they will leave right away and not do the job if I deny to agree their terms and conditions. I am very disappointed. Also during the move one of my piece, Glass shelving unit was broken completely.

EBS transport has a great, expedited service. I was surprised to get a zealous staff helping me have my stuff moved with a breeze. This is my third (?) moving company I've used and they are superstars! If you haven't, don't even hesitate to give them a call!

Worst service i have ever seen in canada

This is the worst company i have ever worked/seen in Canada. Their work approach is very unprofessional and not have sense how to behave with the customers even don't hesitate to use abusive language. Once you hand over your stuff to their guys their behavior suddenly changes and so their conditions.They move your stuff in very old truck and while moving make your home a mess.They don't even use runners and raid your home with their dirty shoes. Before dealing with them...... pray to God.

Poor customer service

This is one company you don't want to deal with, they constantly change prices and the main guy that answers the phone will yell at you if he gets annoyed with a question.
