    Very helpful front desk staff and both the dentist and denturist clearly explained what needed to be done , cost and schedule .felt most comfortable

    Denise at the front desk was incredibly rude, mean, and degrading to my family member. Unfortunately due to this one person and their extremely poor customer service skills, we will be finding a new dental practice.

    I am sorry that you feel that way. Please feel free to contact me at Stroud Dental to discuss the matter for I'm not aware of any upset I have caused with a patient. In our customer service we take great pride in this, so if there has been an upset I would like to address it and learn from any mistakes I have made. Please feel free to contact me day or night at Stroud Dental and I will be happy to listen, and hopefully solve any ill will. Thank you for informing me that the patient is unhappy.
