Rude, unhelpful, money hungry.
Staff looks down on you, rules exist only to punish those who can't make it to appointments. Good luck holding a job down and coming here. They told me to use opiates to get on the program. They take away carries and lower your dose for missed appointments or if you have cocaine in your urine. No other clinic has rules like this ridiculous. They just want your money they don't care about recovery.
