Do not TRUST the Financial Advisors (Cassandra) or the Branch Manager (Nicola)- they have no experience and no idea how early renewal of mortgage works or porting. At first they said no penalties - they were wrong and expecting me to cough up the $2400 penalty after I purchased my house. Had to escalate to Presidents Office who agreed that this was a Training Issue and I should not pay! Be Careful Milton - avoid your mortgage there
