The Owner was the rudest man I have ever met..refused to accept any responsibility for the wait in service and then was ignorant when one of the orders was incorrect. Most outrageous experience I have ever had in a restaurant.....will not return.
slow service, wait staff aren't trained adequately, food was horrible, when we caught up with the waitress after receiving our meal to say were were disatisfied we were told that our meal was fine - the customers right or trying to appease or make the customer happy isn't considered at Mick & Angelo's. As always food was plentiful and great. Server could have been a little more patient with us. We had to wait for 3 others to join us and then we took our time making our choices. Felt a little rushed but all in all, you can't go wrong at Mick's for price and quality.
Never, ever been treated so poorly in a restaurant... wait staff and owner absolutely rude and ignorant...reservation for 8:00, served dinner at 10:00, and THEY were annoyed that we complained about waiting so long... 40 minutes to get a glass of wine!!! Gotta love the included 15% gratuity for that sort of "hospitality" and "service".... unbelievable...
